Our premium cuts are delivered vacuum-sealed for freshness. To maintain optimal quality:

• Refrigerate immediately if you plan to consume within a few days.
• Freeze for long-term storage – our vacuum-sealed packaging ensures freshness for up to 6-12 months in the freezer.
• Always thaw meat in the refrigerator rather than at room temperature for the best result

If your order hasn’t been packed or shipped yet, we may be able to make changes.

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind. However, if you receive an incorrect or damaged order, we will replace or refund it with our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee!

For non-perishable items (such as merchandise or accessories), returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase, provided the item is unused and in original packaging.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing items, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving it.

Provide a photo and order details, and we will process a replacement or refund.

We use temperature-controlled packaging to keep your order fresh. If you’re not home, our courier will leave the package in a safe spot if you have selected this on checkout.

If you have missed your delivery there is a restocking/redelivery fee that will apply.

However, we recommend refrigerating your order as soon as possible upon delivery.
